Frequently Asked Questions
I'm trying to delete a file and I can't?
You can, but you have to login. Logging in means you have access to your own files which means you can delete them. If you uploaded something sensitive that you want deleted and cannot login, please contact us. Note: You can only delete files that you uploaded while logged in (or that are linked to your account).
What encryption do you have?
We use AES-256 encryption. This encryption process is applied at rest and is transparent, ensuring that files are encrypted before being saved to the disk and decrypted upon retrieval.
Does clearing history mean deleting all files?
No, if you clear history it only clears what you see on the UI, but the files remain on the servers. To permanently delete a file, you must be logged in and use the delete button next to the file in your history. If you are logged in, clearing history will also clear your account's history record, but the files stay in the servers.
Why can't we use username and password for login?
To maximize user anonymity and eliminate the need for personal data collection. By using a generated account number, we don't need your email or personal info to create an account.
What is the file limit?
If you don't login we use our Best-effort to keep the file up forever with no limits. If you are logged in everything is perm with the main server.
1) Using the service
- You must follow applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- You may not use the service to harass, threaten, dox, or harm others.
- You may not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or abuse may be blocked.
2) Content rules
You are responsible for any content you upload, share, or embed. You may not upload or distribute:
- Content you don't have rights to share (copyrighted material without permission).
- Illegal content (including CSAM). We report suspected CSAM to appropriate authorities.
- Malware, phishing, or anything designed to exploit users or systems.
- Non-consensual intimate content or content that violates someone's privacy.
3) DMCA / takedowns
If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with enough details to locate it. We may remove or disable access to content and may terminate repeat offenders.
4) Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
- We may limit features to protect platform stability (uploads, bandwidth, API usage, etc.).
5) Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time (including storage limits, retention, or features).
6) Storage and retention
We may remove content to keep platform health, comply with law, abuse, or enforce limits. Content may also be deleted if accounts are terminated.
7) Disclaimer
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect playback, or permanent storage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages resulting from use of the service.
